Explosion simulation and floating models in the famous Star Wars Trench Run.
All complete. 5 x #Revell 1:112(ish) scale models, painted and weathered. #StarWars trench base was simple MDF and left over wood. Scratch built the trench detail with objects, foam padding and square wood pieces.
The exterior side was the same, but with sections of #DeathStar panelling to add an exterior design instead of just plain.
All Star Wars models were suspended with 0.1mm nylon thread using a washing line method. The #Tiefighters had a hole through the top wings due to weight, but the #XWing models are simply tied around the two pieces of thread. Photos using a @Nokia #NokiaXR20 phone.
